Grapes: Pinot Noir

Type of soil: 
Calcareous, rich chalk in fossils of belemnites, mollusc of the secondary era.
Our wine growing culture is respecting the natural environment; followed by ‘Réseau Magister’ since 1991.

Vinification: 
Solera method since 2005. 2 years in stainless steel tanks, followed by 1 year in barrels.
Dosage: 143 g/l.

Degustation
Colour: Cupper, amber. 
Nose:  perfume of prunes, dried figs, raisins and nuts.
Taste is rich, sweet and gentle with a spicy finish. 
Enjoy with foie gras, blue cheese or a chocolate dessert 
To be served from now on, but can be stored up to 10 years.
