Cuvée Rosé
Champagne Brut premier Cru

Grapes:
88% Chardonnay and 12% Pinot Noir

Type of soil: 
Calcareous, rich chalk in fossils of belemnites, mollusc of the secondary era.
Our wine growing culture is respecting the natural environment
; followed by ‘Réseau Magister’ since 1991.

Vinification: 
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo regulated containers for the Chardonnay wine, and in oak barrels for the Pinot Noir red wine. 
Blend of 2017 assembled with reserved wines.
Bottled in April 2018; bottles conditioned on wooden shelfs.
Manual “remuage” (riddling before disgorging).
Dosage: 10 g/l.

Degustation
Colour: Deep pink colouring
Perfumes:   Nose of red fruit and cherries.
The palate is fresh and pulpy.
This Rosé brut fits perfectly for the aperitif at the terrace. It fits perfectly with 'Verrines' with shrimps and desserts based on red fruits.
Serve soon in order to keep the pink colour and fruity tones.
