Bottled in April 2014; bottles conditioned on wooden shelfs during 7 years.

Dosage: 8 g/l
Straw gold colouring with really fine and long lasting bubbles.
The nose is mineral and fruity, with tones of white blossom and candied citrus fruit, very elegant.
The mouth is attractive, balanced and long. This millésime gives everything that can be expected of a Blanc de Blancs.
To be served as an appetizer; will also be a perfect companion of foie d'oie blinis, Carpaccio of salmon or scallops.
